All bookings made through Affluence are subject to availability and confirmation by our operations team. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been reviewed and accepted. Affluence reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.
Prices displayed during the booking process are estimates based on distance, vehicle class, and route information. Final pricing may vary depending on tolls, waiting time, additional stops, or other surcharges. The confirmed price will be communicated to you before payment is requested.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Affluence does not store your card details. Once your booking is confirmed, a payment link will be issued. Payment must be completed before the service is provided. Accepted payment methods are determined by Stripe and may vary by region.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
Affluence acts as a booking platform and is not directly responsible for the transport service itself. Affluence shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, weather, or third-party actions. Any dispute regarding the service itself must be addressed to the assigned partner company.
